Vanilla Bean Meringues
Made with whole Tahitian vanilla beans, these melt-in-your-mouth meringues are a crunchy cousin of the marshmallow!
Meringues hate humidity (divas, right?!). Keep ‘em fresh in an airtight container and they will last up to 2 months. If yours are feeling a little soft, don't stress, you can bring back the crunch: 200F on a lined baking sheet, 10 minutes, done.
