Mac(arons), meet cheese: harvest edition.

In celebration of Vermont Cheese Week, we partnered with our friends at 5th Quarter Butcher + Provisions to dream up six brand-new, sweet-meets-savory macarons inspired by a Vermont harvest table.

Featuring:

🧀 Buttered Popcorn: buttered popcorn, white chocolate, Billings Farm Museum Butter Cheddar

🧀 Honey Crisp: buckwheat honey, oats, cardamom, apple butter, Von Trapp Farmstead Savage

🧀 Blackberry at the Crossroads: blackberry, sage, Tucker Hill Crossroads

🧀 Figgy Piggy: caramelized fig, 5th Quarter Butcher + Provisions maple-smoked bacon, maple bourbon, Blue Ledge Farm Chèvre

🧀 Last Call: malted milk salted caramel, pretzel, Shelburne Farms Beer Cheddar [contains gluten]

🧀 Dark Side of the Blue: dark chocolate, anise hyssop, Jasper Hill Farm Bayley Hazen Blue

Sweet, savory, earthy, fruity, and just a little unexpected—our harvest table, in macaron form.

This legen-dairy collection is made in limited batches and available for a limited time.
