🌟 The G.O.A.T.: chèvre buttercream, balsamic fig preserves & honey pistachio brittle. To pair with Vermont Creamery Goat Log.
🌟 Smoked Caramel: smoke-infused caramel filling & applewood smoked sea salt. To pair with Cobb Hill Golden Age Gouda.
🌟 Apple Pie a la Vermont: spiced maple brown butter buttercream, apple pie filling & Cabot Clothbound Cheddar crumbles. To pair with Cabot Clothbound Cheddar.
