We joined forces with our friends at Ellison Estate Vineyard to dream up a macaron trio that tastes like Vermont in every bite — inspired by, infused with, and made to sip alongside Ellison Estate wines.
🍷 Asters + Clover: orange blossom & almond buttercream with EEV Asters & Clover-soaked apricot jam and a sliver of Jasper Hill Farm Willoughby cheese.
🍷 Kir Royale: blackcurrant (cassis) white chocolate ganache with EEV Regeneration 6-crème de cassis gelée.
🍷 Crimson Reverie: dark chocolate ganache infused with EEV Vin de Table red blend, rosemary & pine, layered with sour cherry-red currant preserves.

Treat your macarons right! Keep ‘em fresh in an airtight container—7 days in the fridge, or stash in the freezer for up to a month (if they last that long). Let them come to room temp before digging in.
